Returning to our new location are kickboxing classes for all ages. Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:00 pm we have adult classes and Monday at 5:30 pm we have our Keiki kickboxing classes. From the feet to the ground we got you covered with Kickboxing, Wrestling, and of course, Jiu-Jitsu!
